I know he trained fullbody workouts 3 times a week starting with shoulders and ending with legs. Would appreaciate any info thanks!

he would do that every week, some weeks he would train each muscle twice a week, he switched it up.
I know for one of his chest workouts he incline benched 100lbs dumbbells for 10 sets 10 reps.
Also he used drop sets a lot.

nice workout if you want to stay in good shape...look good at the beach, ect.
waste of time for a bodybuilder attempting to build muscle...especially a natural.

Cool thanks. But from every source I read he did fullbody workouts 3 times a week and workouts lasted up to 4 hours.

reeves had great genetics imo,his chest was perfectly shaped imo

this is how true warriors train.
ALEXXX, im sure you are aware that to reach full legendary warrior status you must eventually add this split into your routine right!?!?

Because they where the real champions. Training would take the better part of the day. Relience on supplements was non existant. Steroids very minimal. They basically trained like legendary warriors and achieved legendary physiques!

Damn.... Reeves is the man, but that suit looks atrocious.
