im doing many different things this time around, increase protien slightly, doing more uphill sprints , switching up cardio BIG TIME!!!!! 5 miles per hour on 15 incline on the treadmill for 3-5 sets lasting 5 minites each no warm up! and plenty of other new old tactics that i havent used in a while

yes that is all i was getting, for about 2 years before that time i did the typical high protien diet but got tired of it, i wont never do high protien again but i will do more moderate protien levels

He's still strong as hell. We went to Boone for the Mountaineer last weekend and trained chest...of course he dusted me! I tried to tell myself it was because I'm dieted down, but we all know he'd still kill me if I was 260!

I eat 4 times as much at times though. But 1200 is a number that is feasible and this is perfect.

I would actually recommend that you try to add 10lbs of muscle, mostly in the chest and shoulder area. Your BF is low enough for 12 months out, you should be focusing on adding mass and thickness in areas that lack it

i never said YOU NEED cardio to get ripped. i do cardio to build up my VO2 max , endurance, ect..dieting is all about calories, higher protien makes a 5% difference

you should be about 2200-2500 cals per with 200 grams of protein

Being a former cross-country runner and swimmer myself, I have built my VO2 max to such a huge degree that I no longer need cardio anymore.
A higher VO2 max will ensure you to get ripped at a faster rate.
OK, I didn't know that you were competing..I would even argue that you could stop the cardio for 1 month. Then with 3 months increase as neeed

Dude expect to actually get smaller if you continue this protein intake you came up with. Where did you get this advice (oh god). I feel I know but who knows maybe it was the Auschwitz diet. (I know bad taste bad couldn't come up with anything else)

lost some bodyfat, im dieting hardcore very low calories, i bumped up my protien to about 60-70 grams a day from my normal 30-40 and its made a difference!
i still have PLENTY of fat to lose though i carry most of my fat on my hams , the sides of my lower back and lower obliques which make my waist look wide because i have alot of ab muscle , but once i lose my fat i garantee i will have the best abs ever. right now i can still pinch alot of fat!! but im improving and i know what im doing. everyone better step it up im not playing around this time
