When i train Natural i am not too strong ,Im 280 at 6ft 38 inch waist and was using 80 pound dumbells for my shoulder routine, but what blows my mind is this guy no taller than 5,6 150 at most outlifts me in every exerecise and machine lift. ???hahahaha, this is the funniest thing i've ever read.

Have not touched a steroid all year and i pay dues to genetic freaks, this guys weighs 160 soaking wet and can Bench 4 plates aside and claims to be natural.When on i have military pressed 3 and a half plates if thats week then so be it.As i have said before post your stats bodyweight and waist size and what you can lift.i doubt i,ll hear a response. ;D

Yes stupid lift hurt my left shoulder a few years ago.Thankgod for hammerstrength machines only free weights i use is dumbells.I have minor tears pec,biceps,even when on i lift semi heavy but never all out concentrate on contraction and pump.Onlyme in the strenght department and the lucky bastard outlifts me natural.I still feel the pain of that lift but it was legit.

my friend who is 162 lbs at 5'9 uses the 80's for the shoulder pressI can do 120s as stated in a previous thread for 12 but with very painfull joints natural ,I lift for me not my ego or for others i concentrate on contraction and pump end of story.
