He's full, dry and cut and most importantly he wins the back poses over Ronnie.
Ronnies letf tricep is still athropied, he has some injury to his left lat that throws of his summetry. With that said he looks as big as ever but with some weaknesses due to injuries.
Melvin antony has made BIG improvements. Brought up his legs arms and chest.
Victor Martinez looks on the money. As good as he can get. Big, dry and full.
Dexter looks bigger, especially in the legs, but his conditioning has sufferd.

Jay's waist is the worst Ive ever seen. Whatever ever happened to aesthetics? He has completely lost his V-Taper....Im gonna have to say that the use of HgH is really starting to DESTROY some of the great physiques of mondern bodybuilding.
Dexter has added some size, but his lower body is rediculously smooth

Jay won't win. His back is pretty much even with Ronnie's, but Ronnie wins from the front. Maybe the closest year yet, simply by Ronnie's (lack of) conditioning and Jay's bigger back.
Ronnie's glutes aren't very ripped. Hell, I can hardly see he has hamstrings. He's way off this this year from the back - lower and upperbody. Hell, the majority of the lineup could improve their legs! Was there a ban on leg training that I am unaware of?
ronnie is sloppy he should have lost last year yea hes bigger but conditioning was weak.hes afaid to drop a few pounds in order to tighten up.....
Everyone is so cuaght up in size they forget what its all about,the bb of the 80s 90s that was an art form.Now its all about gh and who can be the biggest..

were you in the bb mix in the 80s ass cream bb was on TV everyone wanted to be a bb.most of my shows were in the early 90s people were standing in the auditorium's because there were no seats left.

Dan is right. I competed in the 80's and in 93......and the bodybuilding was everywhere on t.v.
Now its a sick sub-culture again.

If there wasnt such a outcry theses days about steroids, and not to mention the gay stigma around bb yea it could make a come back..
Bottom line is it had its time now its past,poker will die off 6 years ago it was all about golf even people who never played picked up clubs and went out to play..Now even that has slowed down..
Now see if you can possibly add a real comment show us that your not as stupid as you seem..
