potassium can be found at a supplement shop, walgreens or even walmart.

taurine can be found online

Highest common dosage is like 99mg's, a banana has 500mg's

You can consume taurine in Diet Rock Star (946 mg per serving, can is two servings) as well as some other useful ingredients (guarana seed extract, caffeine, l-carnitine, inositol, milk thistle extract, ginkgo biloba leaf extract, niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, siberian ginseng root extract, riboflavin).
