Is going in offseason mode and comsuming a ridiculous amount of food and getting fat (gh15 supported theory)in the process the only real way to change your physique drastically like Victor did ?
Or should one keep his bf% down because offseason gains are mythical BB lore and you can build muscle with a leaner physique still ?

Most people agree that you can make some/slow gains while keeping you BF relatively low.

He always says that eating tons of food and going on drugs is the only way to gain muscles..

This isnt a GH 15 response thread, most pros do it .... like Lee Preist eating KFC, Dorian looking Offseasonish, Victor on Letterman, ect ect.. But even with out drugs, is it the route to go for improving on weak points?
