Yeah his ab/thigh looked good in the posedown, his conditioning was better at the night show.

His sidechest was incredible too and he had immense striations in his quads.

Seriously, those photos over at flexonline are really appalling.

I gave up on bodybuilding 3 days ago when cutler won.

Check out teh vid around the 5.35 mark where ronnie looks at jay and waves his hand.

Jay is MUCH wider mainly from the back

Ronnie has MUCH bigger Arms

tuff call depends on what you like

id rather have the ronster arms

I fucken love that all the video is finally out and everybody is starting to calm their asses down.

Pictures (even video) don't do Ronnie justice. You have to see him live.
