Title: Did Jay make a training/prep dvd this year?

Be nice to see a 'getting ready for the O' video of someone winning the dang thing...anyone know?

It would most likely be the same as the last few years of his pre-olympia training videos.... ::)

Yeah, Jay has had Mits following him quite a bit. Mits is overseas for the GP now, and the video will include lead up to the O, coverage of the O and afterwards, as well as footage of the GP.

I got this info from MadMax, so it should be fairly reliable.

he'll probably have one out later this year or early next year, he did New and Improved in 03, Ripped to Shreds in 04, and One Step Closer in 05 so i'd expect one pretty soon.

awesome..be cool to have some gp 'on the road' footage as well
