It turns out that a certain GNC where I tend to get my items had one jug of powdered GAKIC left. As it had no orange label, I thought it was at full price ($80). But, when the cashier rang it up, it was at the markdown price of $48; with the Gold Card, it came to $38 and change.
Among the other goodies I got were:
ABB Mass Recovery RTDs: 10 of them at $1.69 each ($1.35 with Gold Card).
MET-Rx 24-pack: $34 ($26.40 with the Card).
6-lb jug GNC 100% Whey Protein: $35
While searching for powdered Gakic, I went to a GNC which had the best deal I got:
5-lb GNC Whey Iso Burst, marked down $18 ($14.40 with Gold Card).
Before Gold Card week, I picked up a couple of other items:
CELL-TECH (6.7-lb): for $40.
Ultimate Nutrition Tribulus Terrestris: $20
Overall, I'm fairly stocked, although with the powdered Gakic going away, it appears I'll have to get future supply of it from Vitamin Shoppe. Leukic is cheaper there than it is at GNC (even with the GC discount). Of course, when Leukic gets marked down, I'll be heading back.

How long have you been using all of this stuff? Are you getting anywhere using it? If so do you think it is placebo effect or do you believe it is from this supplement regimen? I am not flamming/attacking just wondering. I personally think that everything you listed is pure bunk except the protein ( that brand wouldn't be my choice) but I am looking for an opinion from someone who does use that type of stuff and why. TO each his own it is not to put you on the spot I just was wondering what your thought process is since it is so different from mine.

Most of what I listed WAS protein (Mass Recovery RTD, MET-Rx, Whey Iso Burst, 100% Whey protein). So, I don't see how that is bunk.
As for the other supplements, creatine's effectiveness is hardly in question. So, it appears from that standpoint, your "bunk" statement applies only to the particular brand of creatine I use (CELL-TECH).
That leaves Gakic and the Tribulus. This is month #2 I've been on Gakic. Thus far, I've noticed a significant different in the amount of reps I can hammer out with a given weight (particularly on my bench and squat). Trib (along with ALC and NAC) is pretty good, as well. That's helped me, as far as the volume of sets I do in the gym and my recovery time.
Regarding how long I've been using certain supplements:
CELL-TECH - about 2 years
Trib (along with Vitamin C and ALC) - six months
GAKIC - 5 weeks
Protein supplements (of various brands and types) are pretty much constant.
And on another note, thanks to getting off early on Friday, I managed to hit a GNC that's a bit out of the way. There I found more powdered GAKIC for $48 (which is actually $38 and change with the Gold Card). So, I have two months of powdered GAKIC for less than the cost of a one-month supply of GAKIC pills.
;D

Yep!! The taste is absolutely VILE!!! That's why it's being marked down. I've been able to tolerate it by mixing it with concentrated orange juice.

actually calling it bunk was my opinion ......I asked what you got out of those things you were taking not what you thought of my opinion. I was wondering if you just took the latest to come out in the mags and why...again no rip intended just wanted to know what the benefits you were getting out of the stuff was. As far as the protein choices you have made for the grade quality protein you are buying in those drinks and the absorption rates of those are slow and for the quality proteins you are getting you are paying a lot of money on sale or not. All of the afore mentioned products use mediocre - low quality protein.
