hey guys I’m actually using Adonis principles in dieting…I’m actually looking to lose some muscle in the chest area…My chest is just to massive for my frame and arms…I’m looking at making my physique more symmetrical…So I have been eating ice cream, and shit for the last few weeks. Less than 100 grams of protein.. However, I’m still in a caloric deficit and its working I’m losing muscle…Yes, it’s too easy..Adonis principles work if you want to lose muscle... ;D

After i get the results i want...i will cycle on and only work my chest once a week...I was just obsessed with the bench press when i started lifting. However, i don't know if i would have gotten the results i was seeking without the help of Adonis’s principles. His principles are truly catabolic as you can all see from his pics. and my chest has atrophied a bit as well.. 8)

hey I'm not ready for the gravity suit right now..As my main goal is lose muscle...As my chest is just to be for my frame..So if anyone has any other opinions as what to do to get a bodypart to atrophy please chime in..

I hear that doing 100 reps with 225 on the deadlift will atrophy your back in no time.

It's my chest that i want to atrophy...I'm not doing any chest work at all right now..I'm also doing cardio and taking thermogenics,also eating below 100 grams of protein..All in hopes to reduce chest size by 30%..

When you get a little more experienced you can add some Haagen Dazs to your diet and
the muscle will just drop off...it's too easy!!
I fear you may actually have below average genetics, instead of pure-shit genetics which is a prerequisite
for maximizing the adonis principles. If you really wanna emulate TA you'll need crap structure as well.
Sorry, not everyone can look as bad as TA.

Remember, no matter how much you work your calves, they will only show on a natural if you flex them, so why train them at all? ;D

according to the ta principles a calorie is a calorie.
it doesnt matter is you eat 1500 calories from baked fish and veggies or from ben n jerrys and krispy kremes.
your body will still metabolize them the same way....brilliant...lol

I'm not joking...I'm looking at losing some chest Mass...Before i start cycling in Dec...My chest is to massive for my frame, and i can honestly say that it doesn't look good...Plus it's hard to find shirts that fit, that aren't made for a fat arse...I was obsessed with working chest the first few years of training...I want a more balanced physique...

tapeworm i'm serious with this...Adonis principles don't work for anabolism...However, they work very well when someone is desiring a Catabolic effect..Plus my lower back is hurting very bad..Doctor said losing some chest mass may help the situation...I wish i had a vagina between my legs...I would never leave the house..

if you are not losing muscle mass fast enough i would suggest you further lower your protein intake.
i know the ta principles usually call for somewhere around 80grams....but to further speed up the muscle loss process i would suggest cutting that even further to about 50grams a day.
i'm sure ta himself would agree with me on that idea.

i don't think i can go that low on protein..I feel like im starving right now..Due to low the protein intake..I'm at around 100 grams right now..
Normally i eat around 300 grams daily...or roughly 1.50 grams of protein per pound...

i lost 4 lbs last week alone using Adonis's principles...Hopefully two lbs were muscle from my chest..This is to easy... :o
