Title: Get big easier and faster
Post by: ONDEZNTS on October 12, 2006, 12:22:55 PM
Ok i admit i am kinda dumb when it comes to what supplements to take and what not to take.

Right now i am taking mulit vitamin, fish oil caps, and whey protein.

I was told to take L-arginine, Glutamine, BCAA'S and amino acids as well. What do you guys think?

What i am trying to due is bulk / tone up. and then aventually i will go through a cutting stage to cut excess fat to become lean.

My ultimate goal is to do this without gear, so i am looking for the combonation of supplements to will give me the best results.

I am 27yrs old 5'11 220 lbs (yes i am alittle chunky) I spend an  hour a day in the gym 5 days a week.

Keep the multi-vitamin, lose the fish oils unless you can afford to take them. same with the arganine and glutamine.personally i would use the money on another supp. take a fairly decent whey protein, it doesnt have to be a really expensive one. use the money you saved on the fish oils, glutamine and arganine and put that towards your protrien fund. Beverly Nutrition is really good. but im just using the GNC 100% whey, it works for me.
i take tribestan which i also like. if you wanna take a prohormone thats up to you. a good one will work and help you out.
most importantly the food you eat and your training will determine how you look.

Why cut on fishoils? More and more research is showing significant benefits, improved IQ, better concentration, inflammation suppressing qualities, good for the cardiovascular system etc. Any healthy diet should contain a good dose of omega3-6 in whatever way or form.
