Title: SHOULDER - Range of motion

Hey guys, I need an expert on this problem. I have an impingement in my left shoulder. It almost feels like my left scapula is pulling towards my spine which is thereby throwing my alignment off(including my range of motion). Is this a rotator problem? I went for an MRI and the doc said "no rotator problems"....but somehow i dont trust that. I feel as though nothing is holding my shoulder in socket except for the muscle itself. PLease give me some feedback on this.....i can't even train anymore it's getting worse. Thanks bros musch appreciated
