Title: New Diet...
Post by: Eyeball Chambers on October 31, 2006, 11:25:53 PM
Can anyone please, PLEASE! recommend a simple diet plan?  I eat healthy and I have grown really big (muscular) with my natural habit of eating like a hog but now I can't see all this new muscle that well.

Also, can anyone give me any dieting tips/articles, anything at all. :)

Also, are there any all natural fat loss supplements anyone would recommend?  I was considering Hoodia but wasn't sure?

I know I am going to pile on the hot sauce and pepper, they have Thermogenic effects right?

The only supplement I am on right now is Optimum 100% Whey Protein and Multivitamins.

THANKS,
Ben

I would need more info on goals/current diet to give you a proper program but here are some tips/things to remember when you are setting up you own diet.

Grapefruit contains pectin which slows down the digestion of carbs, great with breakfast (if you cant handle them plain add a bit of splenda).

Switch your red meat(steak, roast, hamburger) to white meats/fish(chicken breasts, tuna, shrimp) as they are low in fats.

Switch all your carbs to complex carbs (bread to whole grain bread etc).

BBQ sauce is high in sugar, saled dressings are high in fat, eat your food as plain as you can stand it.

Save most of your days carbs for Pre and post workout meals, this is when you will need them the most.

Get used to eating the same crap day after day after day, good luck, stay stong and drink you coffie black.

THANKS!  I will work on all that.

I just purchased Arnold Schwarzeneggers New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding so I think that will help me get something together.  8)
