Title: ULTRA DIET FOR MASS AND ODDITIES

a 12 hotdog pack of hot dogs a pint of haagen dazs, a few yoplait yogurts, some double cheesburgers from mcd's and some waffles loaded with butter and syrup all before workout. this is around 6000 calories or so just for pre workout. and later at night ill have another workout and eat about the same amount before workout so im getting around 12000 calories a day. its funny cause im not getting fat, but even in the past when i have dieting at 800-1300 calories or so very low cals ive been at the same bodyfat its weird

it takes a while for you to see the fat storage effects of eating (although you can get bloated with water pretty fast.

for you DW I would recommend a long diet.  You have pretty low subcutaneous BF levels but you are carrying a lot of visceral fat.  That's what's giving you the wide waist.  Trust me, bring down the waist and your overall illusion will be much better.

You have to have faith, as it takes a while for the intra abdominal fat to melt away.  It's always the last to go.

Hmmm Interesting.     I would think it will take something dramatic in that diet to kick in your metabolism for weight gain.................... ............add a yoplait yogurt and 3oz of diet soda.

Hello my friend.!     Still training but diet is junk mostly. :'(    Got fast results from vince gironda program...so gonna start again.    How are things in your part of the world???     Foxy has logged on a few times but just lurked around.  I told him we have to all get together again to tease the squad girls. ;D   I think he really burned out with his post whoring ways hahahaha.

Yeah fox was a master at turning things around while looking innocent. ;D
I will post something this weekend on that trip to kolosium.....milos was so cool asking me if i wanted to workout with alves and him!!   We talked for hours about stuff.    Ill include it in the post.   Ill post it in this natural board so i dont have to deal with the circus of the gossip and opinions section.

Are you guys going into your summer season as we go into our winter???
