You're going to be fine Meddy!  Congratulations!

Have you been lifting too?

yes, weird stuff though

throwing slow motion punches on the decline bench

picking up and putting down two 55 lb dumbbells

blocking with 15 lb weights very slowly

Keep it up Meddy. You will continue to see improvements, and should regain some elasticity in the skin.

I've got a client (my only one, actually...since I don't train people for a living) who has dropped 90 lbs and is approaching the look of a bodybuilder. He's put a solid 6 months of dieting in and he's halfway there. That's what it takes to reach a goal. Time, effort, more effort, and more time.

congrats on the weight loss
but you need to be hitting the weights Hard...............
if not you will have acres of loose skin
stick to mostly free weights and basic exercises
i have had great success with clients who were extremely overweight
and using free weights to prevent/help with skin saggedness

I was a fat teenager.  i lost 2 stone (14 or 16lb I can't remember what a stone is, = 28 or 32 lbs) in one summer, the year I was 20.

I have the stretch marks to prove it.

They have nice creams and lotions to fix those nowadays?

xL

I've been the same size ever since.  Then I started putting on muscle, which weighs far more than fat.

Work it out.

Well done, darling
Be proud of yourself.

and ps:  congratulations...  buy some really expensive (the best you can get) cream and spend hours massaging yourself.

Does that mean that you don't agree?  It's worked for me, moisturise, moisturise, moisturise. arms up.  I'll get really upset when I start growing bingo wings or a double chin

& i'm closer to 50 than you are to 30.

with mad love

well done, I thought most might read that as a sad post.

It's obviously best if you get someone to do it for you.  (ie: buy the anti-wrinkle full-on botox cerebral cream at $100 an ounce).
