Apparently there used to be this add on telly for hubba bubba bubble gum, and a cowboy used to say it while blowing big bubbles!!! So in the gym I am also known as bubbles!! I used to get called bubbles when I was younger but it was referring to my personality (bubbly)

what the hell is going on here?? I leave for a minute and you girls are at it lol. I cant turn my back for a second. Did any animals eat other animals. You know what I love is those criminal shows. I just watched that documentary Paradise Lost about that damien echells (is that the spelling) you know the three that killed those poor little 8 years old boys. And you know what they (the killers) were wiccan, I was thinking of you and thought this is why he tried to save me from it. But then as the doco got further into it apparently they were hiding behind the wiccan faith but were really practicing santanism. It was possibly the sickest telly show I have ever watched. Being american do you know about that crime. Not that being american makes you know about crime, it happened in america and was huge. Like our Lindy Chamberland "the dingo's got my baaabeee".

i've been sick these part 2 weeks...
i think everytime i start getting better i end up at the gym and then i end up not recovering.....now today is back day ..but my stomach has been hurting..i usually train at night..soo till then i'm just gonna keep eating and watching TV..and hopefully i'll feel better later...
i dont teach till the 17th..soo i might study a little..which prolly means i'll end up on here or watching TV lol..

hon..i'm by no means big(a fat 175 right now)..but thanx :)..and i juuust started training again after being off for YEARS...i still went to the gym today..and did a half assed arm workout... :-\

Hi Cutie, they dont bother me, annoy yes but bother I could care less what they say. Just empty vessels making a lot of noise basically. I dont feel well today not sure what is wrong with me. I have been training pretty hard, and I am still getting over the Chrissy cheer lol. I think I am just tired any thoughts on that, that may help. I have been eating really well (clean) but I think not enough. My whole body is sore, even though I do give myself days off training. I might just need to have a week off, I am staying up too late as well. I am addicted to cable telly on the crime channel it intrigues me how these crims try and get away with this shit. Also amazes me how clever the detectives are. I have a bit of a criminal mind so I like to see and watch their minds tick over.

i stayed up last night watching a special on the mod kill;ed called "iceman"..he killed over 200 people..it ws interesting..
hon me thinks you might need to up your glutamine and take a week off 'conditionally'
detraining is responsible for overtraining also so ya DONT wanna go a whole week without doing anything...
i'd say for a week just go to the gym to train your clients..but dont train..
but do stay active with a different activity....like go swimming this week a few times..go for a jog outdoors instead of the treadmill (i hate treadmils..)..
