My friend Jim has a nice back, not great but nice, he started doing deadlifts.
Question: Would doing deadlifts fill in the void on his lower back. (see image below)

Jim's self-esteem isn't that high. He likes his back to be full and 'perfect'. Please the little bitch didn't want everyone to see his face. So just the back, until like 'bigbalddaddy' said Lose the 20 lbs of fat. I'll come back with a front picture, once his abs follow threw.
