Title: Cardio Vs Weight Training

Will a reasonably substantial cardio session the day after a heavy legs weight session have any adverse effect on muscle recovery? I'm trying to improve my fitness while hopefully not impacting upon the gains I am making from weight training.

Is day after legs the only day you can do cardio on?
