Ernie Accorsi wrote for a newspaper...he was pretty good as a front office guy...it can work, but Millen stinks.  Bad drafts, and even worse head coach hirings...

Former Nets Forward Jason Williams shooting his driver while playing around with his guns and tried to get mofo's to lie about. This is after he already was living well off his guaranteed millions from the NBA after he destroyed his knee. Bastard just had to live the good life, but he messed that up for himself.

Rae carruth was just a classic. Hmm let's look at the options: 1) pay support 2) atleast be cordial to the mom and you MIGHT actually not end up paying those high a$$ 10 grand a month type payments these guys get hit with 3) Kill her!

Rashaan Salaam "smoking" his nfl career and skills away.

Lawrence Phillips.....need I say more.

Len Bias...dude owned himself after he was drafted #2 in the NBA draft.

Last I heard they settled for a certain amount, but he CAN be retrialed from what I've read. I read on wikipedia somewhere that he is playing in the CBA or some sh*t (not sure how legit that is) , but if it is.... that is a sure fire sign that his lawyer fees drained the sh*t out of his millions to keep his punk a$$ out of jail.

You have to remember those "lawyer fees" possibly include slipping sh*t under the table to "others" in your behalf. That sh*t can be expensive, if you know what I mean.

He's probably damn near broke. Good for his punk a$$. should have just been honest.

Going nuts and biting Holyfiels's ear twice had to be the dumbest thing ever in a boxing ring.

Bronson Arroyo(sp) signing a lo money deal so he could stay in Boston and than gets traded because of the lo contract was a big mistake for him and the sox.

Kermit Washington...Punched the shit out of Rudy T

Kermit at 6'8' 235 pounds of muscle saw Tomjanavich out of the corner of his eye running down the court. A punch with bad intention coming froma big man, made worse by Rudy T. running full blast into it. Rudy almost died. Kermit was the first NBA player to lift. You know to this day Kermit never really gave a full apology?

Damn, I didn't even know about the dog killing. That is just cold man. Showed how cold he was by not immediately calling for help and owning up to killing that driver. Atleast try ya know, instead of trying to get everyone on the same page to lie...THEN call it in. That's just asking for the chair.

That dude will have a truck load of bad karma until the day he dies. I wouldn't stand within 500 yards of this guy, seriously!

The story about the dog is this- he had a rotty and he bet his teamate on the Nets, Dwayne Schintzius that he couldn't pull a towel out of the dogs mouth. When Schintzius accomplished pulling the towel out Williams shot the dog with a shotgun killing it.

Classless, but not really stupid.

To the extent that it created motivational force for the opposing team in what was a tight game, it was also stupid.  For example:

"In February of 1967, Ali faced Ernie Terrell in the Astrodome at Madison Square Garden. Terrell had refused to acknowledge Ali's name, and the champ vowed to punish him for this perceived insolence. Even though the fight went to a decision, Ali delivered a horrible beating and won every round. He kept taunting the challenger throughout the fight: after every hit, Ali hollered 'What's my name?'"

Tyson having anything to do with the cancer Don King.

Marvin Hagler taking the Sugar Ray fight well past his prime after he'd slowed down, which Leonard knew. Without a rematch clause that included balanced purses.

Roberto Duran continuing to fight after beating Sugar Ray.
