I just got back from training, and while there, I saw this fat tub-o-shit who used to train at my old gym. I know that fucker is on, just as he was back then. However, he hasn't made one FUCKING improvement and he pretends to train. You should see this fucker, all ego. Today was chest day, and he was pretending to bench 4 plates. Thank god for spotters, otherwise he couldn't budge that shit.
You should see him on "leg day". Fucking lame. He piles on like 4-5 plates, and does bench squats, where I swear, he coudln't be moving more than 3 inches.
Oh well, at least he shows up to the gym........gotta give him that.... :-\

This will tell you how pathetic that board is. I posted a legit thread yesterday pertaining to weight loss pills. Never bashed any companies or made any suggestions. Just posted a link to an article showing where the FTC is suing weight loss pill companies for false claims. They deleted it. I can't say for sure whether or not Billy will embarass himself. I guess the good news is that he is BOUND to look better in 14 weeks than he does now, so it can't be a total loss.

You are totally correct. I don't say these things because I have a personal issue with them. I say them because they are true.
