Title: Shoulders, Traps and upper back ???

Hi, I was hoping someone out there could provide some advice on the exercises best suited to developing Shoulders, Traps and upper back.

I broke my clavicle (collar bone) approximately 6 months ago and ever since I have lost a lot of strength and endurance in my shoulder area.

I also find that I cramp a lot under the shoulder blade after extended periods in the gym.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
