I know he's been medically suspended for like 6 months (or until a doctor clears him to fight) due to injuries recieved against Gomi (broken orbital bone).  As far as the herb goes, they will probably just fine him.

if they decided to ban him would it run concurrently with his MS or not?If it came to that then i would impose it on him as soon as his MS has expired as they need to set an example.

Hes a hell of a talent no doubt, but if he is to be amongst the future of the sport then people need to learn quick that drugs of any kind have no place in MMA. The guy has it all, he can go to the ground with the best of them and can handle himself on his feet (hes a SMW pro boxer) so it would be a shame to see him ruin his career for a spliff

like a spliff had anything to do with winning a fight lol. Drugs are illegal because the CIA makes lots of money running drugs. they make this illegal to artificially inflate the price of drugs making them good business ;) How do you think they funded bin laden and all the right wing groups they put in power to defend corperate best interests? Also Hemp products compeat with the oil industry, the origanal diesel engine ran on veg oil and plastic can be made from hemp oil as well as fiber can make cloths. Standard Oil wanted the ppl to use crude oil for plastic and synthetic fibers and gas to run vehicles, since thats how the get their money ;)
