Hey guys, my first post :)

I just started taking and ECA stack for the first time, and I'm curious about what are the best times to take it? 

with or without food?

fact or opinion is great I don't care, just looking for good advice please

Right when you wake up empty stomach.
30 minutes before meals
work yourself up to 3x per day, depending on level of BF
Drink alot of water

that is the info Im looking for however, I take Nitrix when I first get up, then cardio, then eat.... 

how would you rearrage this whole mess?

Sounds good if your goal is weight loss.

If I'm losing weight too fast I take my fat burners when I wake, then wait 15 mins and have some tablet BCAAs then cardio/workout and the usual oatmeal and eggs.

yeah,

weight loss is primary right now, untill I get to a desired bf% then I am going to go back the other way and bulk a better way if you know what I mean so I can concentrate more on building.
