right around the shoulder blade on the left and right side of my back going from just inside the shoulder blade to the rear delts. it happend two days ago today the pain is only inside the shoulder blades. should i just take the rest the week off from training? should i just train a little to keep blood flowing and not feel so lazy? lighter weight higher rep? need some suggestions here.
