Title: When to start my T3/Clen cycle

Should i wait until my post cycle or do it while on?

What would you recomend for a dose amount of each? I'm 5'10 and 218lbs

I would start the clen anytime. You might want to hold off on the T3 until you're on cycle again.

I'm on right now, so i wasn't sure the exact amount I should take for my size? And does T3 and clen do better when stacked or no difference?

They work well together. As long as your BP's ok I'd start staking them now.
