I was wondering pre-contest what time of day you usually start cutting your carbs ? Im having my last meal with carbs around 4 :00 pm everyday.

the time is irrelevant....how many carbs/ day are you taking, is whats important.
eating carbs is fine anytime as long as it's in your plan...

i am really wondering if it is as simple as that.
i always thought it was important what type of / how many carbs (out of your daily total) you are eating not depending on the time of day but your workouts / cardio sessions.
