I'AM OVER 50 AN HAVE TWO KNEE REPLACEMENTS HOW HAVEY CAN I GO WITHOUT DOING DAMAGE ???

I imagine that you have completed a successful rehab?! Well if you have IMO you should ask them because they have been able to see your progress and can make proper reconmondations while you're there you should talk to them about proper form too!

It depends on the situation. Usually proper training without causing irritation or wear and tear around the joints, you would use more of the isometric approach. You need to get evaluated and assessed by an expert. Where do you live? I could recommend someone.....
