Anyone familiar with BDD or Body Dismorphic Disorder or does any suffer from BDD??? I myself have BDD. BDD is very common among Bodybuilders, Basically, BDD is a mental disorder where you think your body is really out of shape, disformed, or just realllllly reallllly realllly skinny, where at the same time you can have a 220lb soild built physique. BDD can be devoloped from OCD. (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) Just from that fact of Your constantly worrying, thinking or judging how you look, to the point where it becomes serious. Many people who WORKOUT might think they have BDD just from being from being "a little insecure" or think they might be a little too skinny, but theres of BIG BIG difference in having BDD and just being your average person who works out who is just a little insecure of how thier physique looks. People might think that having BDD isnt nothing, ill tell you what it can keep you from doing alot things, ex....having a job, going out in public, having a girlfriend.

Yes, I have.....I been on Medication for a few years already, reallly really helps alot. Especially Working out HELPS with the BDD ALOT. Bodybuilding has done alot for me, mentally and obviously physically. Bodybuilding is my SAVIOR ;D
