Remember kids when you commit your first offense, let alone your 2nd and get a DUI while higher than a kite and have your license revoked and a fine of 5k and 30 days in the hole, it's because your a pleb, and not a celeb.

Lohan's publicist must be kicking himself since Lohan sends emails to all these people high, and you know she was coming down and sent that email to Access Hollywood denying the coke was hers and kept on typing 'i''mm innosent"

But on the other hand, Nicole stepped up to the plate and admitted guilt, she's going to do her time, and it seems that she is pretty focused on not putting herself in this situation again.

Didn't Riche just have a baby?

Maybe it struck her to do it for her kid and to finally stop thinking about herself.

I think they said she is pregnant, so yeah I'm pretty sure that would be the reason why if she had to come up with one.

she ended up spending only an hour in jail  :-\
