Title: muscle or tendon issue
Post by: w8m8 on September 29, 2007, 05:29:55 AM
I'm hoping for a little help / insight from the ladies.
I've gotten either muscle or tendon issues in my hips/thighs/glutes ? inner thighs close to the groin are especially tight and hurt like he!! when extending or  flexed inward or outward.
I have been reading about the roller but it seems more for the outside muscles ?
Any help or direction towards more info would be greatly appreciated  :)

Have you tried this?

Always use the foam roller (stretch) on warmed up muscles.

I haven't tried it and can hope it will help.A friend checked @ his gym and they have them.I'm going this evening to try them out.
He also thinks it could be a lower back / sciatic issue as well.?.
I appreciated your input.Thank you
