Title: Back just went pop

doing bent over shoulders for rear delts and BANG

felt like a disk go out , fell straight to the ground

starting to feel better after 15 mins but f,ing sore and hard to walk

think i'm off to the doc's

Word, I know how a back injury sucks!  Been dealing with it for years now.
