The people who are mods here were chosen for a reason and they have been on this forum for years and years and have plenty of experience. You don't even workout or compete as the rest of the people on here do . That is why Ron made this a bbdg forum. Not for the general public who happen to come accross it and join in. You have absolutely nothing to contribute in the bbdg and fitness competitors world.

Linda, just as an fyi, the others that normally frequent the board....haven't posted here because they haven't actually been online as much as we have. Stella and I, as moderators are supposed to be posting in here frequently. There should always be at least one mod around to hold down the fort.
As far as changing your posts...it's me, not Mike who changes them. The majority of your posts are long winded and don't make much sense. In other words you babble about nothing. At least when Mike babbles he makes sense or is funny. No one understands your rambling. Maybe it's the difference in culture, although I'm not quite 100% positive that you are not a gimmick and with that lying about your location.
As far as your comments about others and their bashing. You have attacked peoples opinions from day one here, no biggie as it is an open forum, but don't go complaining about others when they do it.
Your comment about people's hair and selective surgeries was unwarranted, but you found it easy to post.
Anyway, stop always looking to pick a fight here, because you WILL always find one. ;)

I have a man who works out and suffers from severe dyslexia he finds it very difficult to read and comprehend so I do that for him.

I'd say I'm buying him/us a bowflex but I see from posts here that wouldn't be a grand thing to do.
I have made use of the expertise here myself losing over 45#'s by just reading what is posted regarding nutrition and exercise.
He has used several training posts for helping him with specific areas he has troubles with.
I do not ask for help, but spend a lot of time reading , I also find myself only logging in to "react" to you Linda.
For me to ask for help from these professionals is wrong as "I" see it for they can and some do have the capability to use themselves as personal trainers for profit not come to a forum and give it away for free.
We use the postings for our own assistance and appreciate everyone here.
And must include that the humor is handy when the day's just going down the crapper.
So thank you all for being open with what you all do and know it helps people who must make up a lot of the "guests".

If you hit someone hard enough, ...it leaves little round circle marks across their skin. :P

Thanks, just trying to get back into the swing of things after a nice tropical Caribbean cruise. What a nightmare of a shock it was to return to snow, freezing rain, ice pellets, hail etc! My neighbour was a sweety tho, ...and took his snowblower to my walk. Can't wait til March when FFi holds their Platinum retreat in Cancun

I still have my old Slugger baseball bat (I had to buy the best you could buy, even when I was 10) & I travelled home to England carrying that from NY (having taken it with me from Toronto). So I've had it like 20-30 years and now keep it next to my front door (which is a joke btw). I was never able to hit the ball (or catch).

it's just downright criminal how just a few days of warm weather can completely destroy the many years of acclimatization to the cold. Minus 10 degree freezing cold weather would be welcome right about now. It's the minus 20 - 40 degree weather that I know is coming that's freaking me out.
ps: If Laura or Mikey comes on here to describe the wonderful hot weather they've got in FL right now, ...I'm gonna punch their lights out! >:(

...not even fire or ambulance sirens, ...but when the Blue Jays won, the noise was deafening.
It was even louder the next year.
Infact, I'm surprised our building didn't tip over. All the west facing facing units had a clear view into the Skydome, so whenever the Jays had a home game and the stadium roof was opened, everybody watched the game from their balconies. Everyone in an 01, 09, 10, or 11 unit in either tower, was drafted into hosting a baseball party on their balconies, ...whether they wanted to or not. {lol}

There were times when the people in the game could see the people in the Skydome hotel very easily too. :o
Do you remember the year when that couple was making love in their hotel room and stopped the game?
All the players and the refs couldn't figure out why the entire stadium audience wasn't watching the game. They look up to see what the crowd was looking at, and what did they see? SURPRISE!!!! They had to send someone up to the room to ask them to close the curtains cause the Blue Jays couldn't compete with the show they were putting on. :P
