My man does all my laundry once a week: he picks up the full basket of dirty clothes and returns it later that day (or the next day if he's busy) full of neatly folded stacks of clothes, towels, socks, etc.  He even folds my underwear.  He does all the cooking too.  Am I spoiled?  ???

Hey in all honesty, what the fuck are you.  Are you a girl or a guy.  You can't tell from the pic.  Obvisously either way you must got one ugly fucking mug.  Remember I have been fat and sloppy like you for about 7 years. You have been this way your whole life.  And also remember, I can get back into shape you can never look different.  Now that sucks you even have to admit that.  And no where in all my psots have I ever said I was a bodybuilder or looked like one.  But I weigh 300 in these pics and I have a world title so I did pretty good with what I had.  Plus I got to eat whatever I wanted.  So Medford give it up, you suck for life.  But please tell us are you a guy or a girl.

YOU ARE SO RIGHT!!

however, it's kinda keeping me honest with my diet to tell you the truth.  I can't DARE quit now and turn into a big fattie.  I was even going to load in some "before " picts from two or three (or more) years ago when I really blew up to show the difference

Yes I'm totally focused on losing fat...and I'm trying to restrain myself to wait till spring to post picts...I can see the difference already but I want some REAL improvements and two months just isn't enough time

Where did I say you were fatter than me.  You are so fucking ugly and repulsive.  See that is why you are the way you are.  You assume shit cause of the life you have lead and the way look.  I have already said a million times I am fat.  But I can lose it and get back into shape.  YOU CAN'T.  You have been this way your whole life.  And no matter what you can never change your mug.  So honestly why do you try to pretend you are training and dieting and tryng to get into shape.  You are going to be fat and ugly your whole life.  Live with that.  Find a job doing telemarketing at least no one has to look at you.

Sorry, didn't want to look all over getbig for a story of what happened to you. I figured you could answer the question for me. I don't get how someone goes from 230 or 250 of solid muscle to 400 lbs (if it's true what I have read about what you weigh.) Not passing judgement, that is just a little crazy. My cousin got bit on the back of his neck and he still looks the same? Never heard of this. Can anyone fill me in with the story or post a link of where I can find it?

He got a little scratch from a spider bite which immobilized him for 15 years.   ::)
I hear ya man..I have been bit by spiders before and never gained 300 pounds.  It is indeed rare.  No medical evidence to suggest that massive weight gain comes with a little insect bite.  Even when he weighed 250 he was still 40% fat.  He was never really that big compared to true champions.

Shit is crazy. I have never heard anything like this. Dude was cut when he was younger. Not huge but cut. Now he is huge. Keith what were you doing at a martial arts event. Was it a crazy type of re-inactment of a chinese star wars. You were playing Jabba  the Hutt? Just kidding dude. The first pic was taken about 4 or 5 years after the bite.  The second was taken 10 hours after the bit.  The third one isn't my leg but it is exactly what it looked like after they cut off that blister thing.

The doctors sad I had a very serious reaction to the poison.  The wanted to amputate my leg but I chose to keep it.  They actually told me I would have problems with it for 10 to 15 years.  It has been 10 years on March 1, 2008.  Last Christmas I spent two weeks in the hospital when my leg got so big and wouldn't go down.  It was 32" around the calf.  It is a million times better now and really doesn't bother me.  The color is good and it is just around 2 or 3" bigger than the other one.  SO that is why I am at the gym and walking around the park.  Cause I can now.  SO hopefully I can stay pain free and healthy so I can lose all this weight and get back into shape.

That’s awesome, brother.
And I’m sure you will.
Being that you’ve been there before is indicative of your discipline and ambition.

True, it’s not 1986 – hey f*ck, we all get older – but I believe that getting, as you say, “back in shape” is not out of the question. Not at all.

Good luck!

All joking a side Keith, if you could stay healthy and ge back in the gym, you should do the biggest loser. There is no question if you went in there healthy you could make your weight loss a fucking nice payday to. Just a thought. That sucks about the fucking spider thing man. my cousin was bit on the neck and had to have like an inch and a half deep removed and had to go to the doc like every week for a few months.

if he loses the weight that would be the best marketing tool of the gym?  start a program copyright the name like "extreme lean" and sell memberships to those who's primary goal is weightloss...a much much bigger market than mixed martial arts.
