Happy New Year! I can't access the board anymore at work and home time is eating sleeping cooking basically. I miss my second gym family! Anyway hope everyone is well and making progress! I am hitting it hard, eating, eating, eating and sleeping!

hey gang!!!!! (((((getbig crew)))))) my training partner got a mac notebook so I'm playing around on it, it's really cool! hey rip we can meet up at the arnold, flying in thursday night. struggling trying to put on weight (hard hard gainer) not using any suppliments right now just food, not even shakes. will start back up with all that in a month or so. weigh 173. what's going o with all of you guys??????
oh by the way anybody know about the flood at veterans memorial stadium????
