Lift never had a chance.  First rule was don't hit the head. First hit was to the head!

Then, with my overweight power hits I knocked Lift all the way to the aisle. 

But it was lots of fun!

Wait until we get the video of this hot girl teaching Lift how to use the stripped pole!

Oh, and later, we get the video of this other hot girl teaching Lift how to do some yoga and the splits!

Great fun on the weekend!

Just an average bodybuilding fan having a great time with friends!

5 months or so....   but mine is a special one... two weeks ago, I was in the 6th month.  Hopefully, by the Arnold, I will be in the 4th month.

Ron/ Issac,

We had way too much fun over the weekend. Let's see what we can get at the Arnold. The mighy oak tree can never be chopped down.
