Fake titties, simply not close to real ones. It's like comparing rocks to pillows. Even a good breast job, is a shitty one. ;) Play with a set of reall DD or DDD's, then go fuck around with some fake tits...not even close, plus, you know their fake.
I'd choose titties. You can do more with them, but a nice ass is always welcomed. To get both, you'll probably be sacrificing on the face...God is just cruel like that. To get all 3, almost impossible.
