we all know that dorian smokes ronnie coleman when it comes to intense training, however, does he train harder than milos sarcev?
we need to think about this for a minute, the answer might not be so obvious.
milos sarcev has a totally different approach to training, he is able to make even light weight become heavy weight due to slow movements and little rest.
and dorian never throws up after working out, something those who trained training like milos do regularly.

Which one of them makes you the hardest?

Are you saying bluto might be a vicious cocksmoker, LatsMcGee?
-
I say Dorian would train the hardest then Milos.

He sure enjoys watching other guys sweat.
-
im off to the gym to train back
give this subject a lot of thought during the day!
-
I would still say Dorian Yates trained/trains harder than Milos Sarcev.
-
BOTH training styles get u to point b ,if milos had trained identical to yates and used same "supp"protocal as yates to a t,it would not have meant milos would have been any bigger or thicker.i'm sure milos has tried every training regimen he could, this is probably his best suited at this time.

Milos.
-
hard to say, I like both kind of training techniques myself.
I think if you train hard, every methods will work
-
hard indeed, indeed
but since dorian trained harder than ronnie
i guess so did milos
which would put ronnie down to the third spot, or even lower if we take into account tom platz, mike mentzer and arnold
-
I think platz was the most intense of them all
I heard Gaspari was intense as fuck too

cracks me up how people always say dorian trained SOO hard with his "1 intense all out set"
seems to me that any gym joe usually has at least 1 set per exercise that they go all out.....sure
some people don't take it that far but a lot of people take several sets to failure....that is no
different than what dorian did
he didn't train anymore intense than the next guy...just because his buddy was screaming the whole
time doesn't make it on another level
-
Milos Yates.
-
Milos trains with pink girly weights for 100032434534545454645364 35435254 sets and reps. Although Dorian looks like a bloated mess I would pick him.

if you can take several sets to failure youre not training hard enough

if you can take several sets to failure youre not training hard enough
i understand what you are saying, but muscle failure is not a permenant thing....with a few
minutes of rest you can take another set to failure, and another, and another
are you saying that after dorian does 405 incline bench to failure, he could not walk over
3 minutes later and get a few more reps??? of course he could, he would not be able do
do as many reps but he would once again reach FAILURE
it takes drop sets, super sets, or really high reps to completely torch your muscles....these
1x10 rep sets cannot deplete you to the point where you are too weak to lift another set
-
a few more reps wouldnt be a set
-
a few more reps wouldnt be a set
yeah that was a bad example
bottom line, dorian trained no more intense than a lot of pros or joes

did he train harder than milos sarcev?
-
135 lb smith squats of destruction = Milos' leg day.
-
did he train harder than milos sarcev?
hahahaa....dorian trained heavier with less reps, milos lighter with more reps
hmm? do sprinters or marathon runners work harder?

Ronnie
