Title: Q for Chick (or anyone else) - Where is Kenny Santiago from?

I was watching the War for the Worlds again.

Where is Kenny from?  His last name is Santiago, but his accent does not sound
hispanic, but more australian or something.

Also, does he compete?  If so, does anyone have comp shots.  He looks big compared to Bob.
