Title: drinking and cutting
Post by: bodybuilder1234 on June 18, 2008, 01:32:01 PM
Im going out this friday to drink...

If I did 1 hour of cardio, ate correctly and busted my ass in the gym would the drinking still compromise my diet?

The thing I have noticed when cheating is you go soft for 3-4 days afterwards no matter how hard you train; I realise its water retention but how does it affect the fat burning process?

I think the short answer is yes, take it from someone who has been in your position drinking certainly doesnt helpt he process...cut out the drinks for 2 weeks and see the progress you get, not only in your looks b/c your diet is better but also in the gym with your weights when not going to the gym after a night of drinking. You dont have to drink to have a good time or maybe only 3 or 4 beers as opposed to 10...but seriously try not drinking for 2 weeks and im sure youll see the results.
