Post by: benchthis on June 23, 2008, 02:00:58 PM
Im sure the old timers do... anyways I recently found out he has been operating a gym in my town. Its a small gym thats more for personal training than "open". Im hinking of getting a few sessions but does anyone know if this guy in legit i know he has pulled some great numbers but im wondering what type of person he is.......

Yes, Scott's legit. I trained with him for about two years, and he's the best. The equipment in his gym is aging, but it's well cared for, and the gym is beautiful. He is good at judging your strengths and weaknesses, and man, his workouts are killers! If you go by the gym, tell him Karen says hi. I wish I'd kept up with the training, because I've got a lot of ground to recover, and I'm 2000 miles away now and won't have him as a coach anymore.
