Hi,

To enter you can email the promoter, Chad Nichols, directly at mayhemmailbag@aol.com. That is what he has posted up on his forum here: http://musclemayhem.com/forums/showthread.php?t=51698 He is great at returning emails.

On a different note, if you do end up competing in Arkansas and need info on competition color you can email me at onstageimage@yahoo.com. We will be there again this year so for all you Arkansas competitors, you have someone available to take care of your color. :)  And just in case,  if you need some info/references on who we are, you can also contact Chad Nichols or Kim Chizevsky for that.
