Flex has a bright future. He beat david henry on legs in the 202 class in tampa, and beat all the 202s on everything at the Europa.
DHenry is insane, and should be winning shows. He's the best 202 in the world. But Flex, in only his second IFBB show, is clearly the #2 "under 202" guy in the world. And DHenry can't be #1 forever...

I don't know where he will place at the O, and I don't think he expect to place high himself.

Agree with Stavios. FOOOOUAAADD is pretty well put together. Top 10 at next years Olympia might be a good prediction. I didn't know he was from Canada. Where abouts?

1) From the Tampa Pro show, where you werent feeling great right before the show, to the Europa Pro show, where you won and looked better, what improvements did you make to adjust.
2) How did it feel winning your first pro show on your second try?
3) Wales. Is it a country or just part of the United Kingdom? How do you feel representing Wales?
4) How has your association with Gaspari helped? I noticed Rich Gaspari helping you backstage with advice?
Fouad
1) When you came off backstage after placing third, you had serious tears of joy, as you realized you were qualified for the Olympia. It was a very emotional moment for you, probably the most emotional moment of the show that I witnessed. How did you feel?
2) How did you feel when Lisa Clark (Weider Olympia) gave you your Olympia folder for the O?
3) Darrem Charles beat you at the Tampa Pro. What changes did you make to beat him at this show?
4) Were you surprised that you beat Will Harris at the Europa show? Will looked very good?
So who has the more interesting accent... will it be Fouad or James....

Ron, FYI Wales is a Country that is part of the UK. Much the same as Scotland is a Country within the UK.
