What does this have to do with your chronically subnormal intelligence golf?

Wow you almost caved in your face on the last rep. Good form though and much better than matzi with 110's.

No, it wasn't loud, but it did kinda pop. It happend about a month after my show last year. I stupidly started back too heavy with heavy bench presses, on the 3rd rep I felt it and when I racked the bar and took the pressure off, the pain was almost unbearable. Been sore ever since. I did get an MRI to confirm though. I'm not in the mood for surgery right now..LOL!

Did it turn black and blue? Maybe just a strained bicep tendon.

a friend of mine has has surgery on damaged rotators and it hasn't helped him at all :-\

i partially tore my right shoulder rotator (can't remember the exact name i was told)

i put off surgery on my right shoulder, due to my friends experience, and it feels great again now- but it has taken almost a year off training.

my left then partially tore ( i don'y know how as i wasn't working out, and i woke up one day and it was like that) after a few months of constant daily pain/discomfort, it has finally gone, but this snapping sound has appeared  ???

there is no pain, or bruising of any kind, but it basically feels like its about to dislocate every time i extend my arm during a row. it stops when i retract my scapula (bit obviously i'm working the muscle less then).

any advice?

i'm doing 50reps of external rotations vertical and horizontal as rehab/prehab
