Couldn't find an intro section so i made my own.
Hello I'm ironclad (real name), crazy English s.o.b. trawling the boards for info, shared experience and fun.  Iv'e Only one cycle under my belt to date, 2nd about to kick off soon, but years of natty lifting.  Member of a few similar boards, vip as well!  ;D

Aahh found out already lol.  OK you got me, i'm Rainier Luftwaffe Wolfcastle.  You may remember me from such movies as 'McBain'  :D
