Im a real estate paralegal, but we do some business law, mostly llc's and business formations

Any business law attorney who so much as replies "yes" to your thread would have to bill you a minimum of $120.00 just for taking the time to respond.

Unless they're doing it pro bono of course.

Just sayin, that might explain the lack of any responses thus far from actual attorneys.
