Getting up there, but I thought I'd check out my smooth 5'9" 200 pound shape with a photo. Definitely need to lose a few. But considering I haven't done any HRT or anything, I feel my natural test levels are holding up ok for an older guy.

Was a real estate investor for about 10 years, now I just trade Commodoties and Forex currencies from home.

Thanks. Here I am back in 1985. Trying to get lean again but my metabolism has slowed a bit.

I went in about 4 shows in the 80's, mainly local stuff. Decided I didn't want to get into the steroid scene so I stopped in 86. Then in the early 90's, I went into 3 Natural shows. Haven't competed since 1995 and don't plan to. Just like to keep training hard for myself, but I haven't really been lean for many years so I'm just trying to get in good shape again. And to answer your question, I have a Cuban girlfriend who just cooked me a spectacular meat roast with rice and black beans who will be hopefully offering more benefits befor the night has ended.

Thanks, I'm sure with the way you have looked in the past, your muscle memory would kick right in. Believe me, from some of the shots I've seen of you, I never came close to that.
