Yes, that's me and it's true.  I haven't trained for a year and five months and I was "enhanced" when I did it.  I'm natural right now (3rd week back) and will continue to be until I get by bf to at least 10%.

good stuff man.. and taking that kinda time off with no "supplements" seems to make a huge difference huh?!  Glad to see you're back in the game brutha.. keep it up man it'll all come back.
365 for 10...that's a HUGE longterm goal for me..
