I've been stuck for a long time between 350 to 400 pounds. Will be great if you can offer some advice to get thru this plateau :)

ca 230kg impressive ;D . I do about half that and I actually see stars doing it so I have to work harder .

I can't imagine benching 500 lbs. The most i've ever tried is 325 and i thought i was going to die. Awesome.
