He was 270+ in the 80s

I am pretty sure the Barbarians trained him for some time.
David Paul was 275 at his biggest, I think. with a single digit BF.
-
Big though. Kinda reminds me of Herschel Walker. Imagine if HW woulda been on the gear and actually lifted weights.

Vic Richards was an all the way big guy. That one video on youtube of both him and dorian offseason posing, Vic gives him one hell of a run for his money, his legs look HUGE. Vic looked great at both a lighter, ripped weight and just as awesome when he was well over 300 lbs. Didn't he become upset with politics in bodybuilding and just decided to get big on his own without competing? And in one of those youtube videos (i'm too lazy to look them up) i think it says that he was given a chance to compete in the Olympia without qualifying for it, but maybe i'm wrong.
I also read somwhere that someone personally saw Vic training in a gym and that he was using 185s for 10 sets of high reps for incline dumbbell bench with strict form.
-
insane arm size
-
Vic had a weak back, never would have won.
-
Those shoes he was wearing way back then are in fashion now :)
I don't understand why big vic didn't capitalize on his tremendous physique more than he did.

Yip Victor in person make no mistake was MASSIVE with a capital M, i meet him 2 times in the early-mid 1990s backstage @ the show i was in, we were pumping up across from one another (victor was the guess poser) the bloke looked like a sliver-back gorilla he was freeking HUGE, the other time @ a exhibition his arms and quads right up close were insane i asked him his weight and he said somewhere between "140kg-145kg" his arms looked the size of my head with a thick as hell vein running down it. he was Massive in person.

I remember Vic saying in an interview (Nuclear Nutrition?) that Dorian was backstage and looked shocked Vic was so much bigger than him.
But in my opinion on the video, Dorian is much much harder than him and almost as big, Vic looks soft compared to Dorian.

Huge at 17,

(besides ronnie)
biggest LIAR in the history of bodybuilding (well, out of the famous ifbb pro's that is)
-
I saw him in Gold's gym in the 90's. He was the biggest guy (not fat) I'd ever seen- and I'd met Sergio, Kal.Skzalak, Mike and Ray Mentzer, Dennis Tinnerio and Chris Cormier in person. He made them all look small. Since then I've met Gunter and Jay and they may be about the same size or almost.
-
Huge guy no doubt.....but it looks like his muscles are water filled balloons, no hardness at all.
-
Too bad he had zero discipline.

He couldn't diet for shows man. You're not going to be the GOAT unless you actually compete.

Massive and pretty cut. His proportions are off though, that would have been an issue in competition.

VIctor richards was a freak ahead of his time- biggest guy around pre insulin/IGF/GH
280 - 300 pounds with a tiny waist, no distended gut and excellent shape and symmetry
go back and watch the 1994 FIBO video where he is guest posing with yates, dillet etc off season
he is making all of them look small including dorian
massive legs and arms
go to musclemayhem.com forums, MassiveG has some very interesting stories about his seminars/meetings/experiences with victor
