I think this guy definitely deserves some recognition and props in the PRO ranks.

Anyways here he is 4 days out of IRONMAN

Oliver is totally depleted here, he should start carbloading tomorrow, I think it will do him even better.

That's great, but its not going to change his structural flaws.  The guy looks great posing by himself, but he will get owned at the Ironman.

Some great callouts for Oliver today- well deserved, having met and competed against him twice last year I can tell you all that there are some stellar improvements there, most notably in his condition and also in his bi's.

Just a note to those who criticise the likes of Oliver (and probably me after this), he is an absolute gentlman, the kind of guy that when you hear those comments from people less in the know about bodybuilders than we are, about all just being a arrogant muscleheads (we've all heard them and shaken our heads in disbelief) you can be sure to answer back "well you haven't met Oliver Adzievski- he's the kind of guy that makes the rest of us look good and represents our sport so well.
